The Indian Accounting Association Research Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "the foundation") is a not-for-profit accounting organisation headquartered in Calcutta. It was founded during 1989-90 as a registered body under the Societies Registration Act (West Bengal Act XXXVI) of 1961.
